How to Order
Step 1: adding items to your bag
Click Products on the menu bar on the left hand side and choose a category. Then browse through the products on the main page and click for detailed product information. Select a colour and quantity, then click Add to Bag.
If a product has been sold out, there will be a message Sold Out. You can contact us for more information on the future availability of products that are currently out of stock.
If you want to add more items to your bag click the Continue Shopping button.
Step 2: my bag
You can review the items in your shopping bag at any time by clicking the My bag button at the top of the page.
You can amend quantities or delete orders on this page. The estimated delivery cost assumes you live in Australia, click here for more details.
When you are happy with your selections, click the "checkout" button and complete your contact and delivery details.
Step 3: checkout - contact and delivery details
Our checkout will prompt you to enter your contact and delivery details. Once you have completed all the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*), please select the Continue Checkout button. Please ensure you provide us with a valid email address and that your contact details are accurate.
Step 4: order summary & payment
It is important that you review the order detail and write down the order number. When you are satisfied with the information please select the Pay Now button. The site will then redirect you to the PayPal secure payment site where you are required to enter payment details. For payment options, click here for more details.
When we receive your order, we will send you an email and invoice with your order details attached. If there are any problems with your order please email us at payment@hanakiku.com.au.
